Ignition Virtual Events Case Study
Following our successful web launch, the team at Ignition needed a way to run virtual events & training that were more than a video conference call. We had a tight deadline with a high profile event on the horizon with Ignition hosting 2 F1 world champions and over a hundred paying guests.
The platform was built from scratch to the team specification with functionality to improve delegate engagement. In short the platform has a live video stream with multiple source options (inc. zoom) a live chat functionality with Q&A’s & polls, a dynamic content and partners area for each event and instagram integration. This all sits behind a login system so only those who are invited can join the event.
The team at Ignition now run the platform with no additional support with each event entirely customisable to suit the requirements. The backend is streamlined to ensure an easy event set up including generating a sign up form and automatically triggering sign up and password emails to delegates.
