Your Role: PPC Executive / Digital Performance Executive
We're seeking a talented and results-oriented paid performance executive to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our Social Media & CRM Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a dynamic force in driving digital performance and mastering the art of campaign management by planning, executing, and optimising paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Your approach will be deeply rooted in data-driven decisions, conducting thorough keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and implementing precise audience targeting. You'll also leverage your creative side to develop engaging images and videos using tools like Canva, ensuring campaigns are visually impactful.
Performance analysis will be a key responsibility, where you'll analyse campaign data, provide detailed reports, and recommend data-backed improvements while staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising. Contributing to conversion optimisation, you'll support landing page ideation, briefing, and testing.
Maintaining brand consistency across campaigns for diverse clients and providing content support through writing and proofreading blogs and case studies will also be essential.
You will offer support to organic social media management through image and video creation, social copy writing, and scheduling.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reporting and performance analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation (a plus).
